For Geri, giving back to the community is something she loves to do. She is involved in many organizations. (Vice President of Newton Chamber, Board member of Newton Developement Corporation, and board member of Progress Industries. Geri is also a member of the Newton Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Geri works to make the community a better place to live in through her work in these organizations.
Most important to Geri is her family, Geri is married to Jeff who is a home renovation contractor,they are the proud parents of two daughters Aubrie and Mallorie. Jeff is a great father, and also a 'handy' guy to have around, so together we share the responsibilities of our home, our family, and our businesses. Maggie our golden retreiver is also an important part of our family.
In my spare time I love to read, bike ride, spend time in my perennial gardens and vacation with my family.
For Caren helping people is what she loves. Prior to Real Estate Caren served in the nursing field for many years. She currently serves as a Home Care/Hospice RN two days a week. Previously Caren served as an Emergency Room Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, and had extensive nursing in the Military. Caren earned many awards during her service in the Military as a Nurse.
Caren is a member of the Newton Board Realtors and Iowa Association of Realtors. Caren also is Broker/Owner of The Doyle & DeVoe Company.
Mostly Caren loves spending time with her family in the town of Colfax where she was born and raised.
